Sports foods include everything from gels to electrolytes and chews. Dietary supplements include things such as vitamins, minerals, oils and combinations of these. Ergogenic aids are the supplements that are considered to have a performance-enchancing element to them, such as caffeine, creatine and various fat burners, among others.
